The ACCD (Alamo Community College District) that some people have gotten on their CID... has posted a recording at this number stating the number belongs to the ACCD... and it is NOT assigned to a working phone... and that if you're getting a call from this number... it's a scammer & that the ACCD has contacted the authorities. It CANNOT get any more clear than that. Block it... it's ONLY trouble.
Got a call from this number on my home phone, which I don't really use anymore. Answered but didn't say anything. After a few seconds, caller hung up. When a human calls, s/he will usually say something before hanging up -- I conclude it's a robo caller!
