They called me multiple times in the past few days. Please don't answer the call, and do not give them any information. NEVER give anyone information on the phone unless you call the number on the back of your cards. That is the ONLY way you can be sure you are giving the right person your secure information.
If anyone asks you for things, take the number down that called you, and then call the number on the back of your card and let them know who called. Block the number as well. Please be careful.
I sent a message to Chase online (you can also call them), and let them know the phone number.
Been calling multiple times a day for the past week. My caller ID originally showed it as "JP Morgan Chase", but today, it simply read "Chase". They didn't leave any messages until today, It gave a pre-recorded message saying, “This is Chase card services, we have an important message for you”, but it tells you to call them back at a completely different number.
I don't know it shows on my spam app. And it's a different phone number than my chase paperwork.
Called the number back. Answers as Chase Bank.
Couldn't tell me why they called without giving personal info. Did give info.
Called the Chase Main # and they said it was a Phishing scam.
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION
