They asked if I was someone but i couldn't understand the name, but I'm really sick of these calls.

this is definitely chase collection's center, i called the normal chase number to report the fraud but i apparently didn't press "authorize payment" and thought that i did so my payment did not go through and instead of notifying me it was sent to collections. you get charged late fees and interest so i argued that i had no idea it was late and was never notified and they were removed. you don't have to deal with the debt collectors that call, just call chase up and figure out why they're calling.
keeps calling, but no message.
