Tipoff that it's a spam caller: I answered their call but made no sound; moments later they disconnected. Then I called back and got a recorded message: "Hello. If you'd like to be placed on a Do Not Call List for the number from which you were called, press 1." No identification of the business you've called, but a fake attempt to comply with Do Not Call rules. SPAM!!
