Left a message saying I'm being sued by IRS. First, impossible. Secondly, Do not talk to them. Block if you can and report.

scam- claims to be IRS.

Just got a call. Called the number to find out about the "alleged" lawsuit, and they hung up on me when I told them they had the wrong address and that I would like more info from IRS.

210 714 7771, called us too. My husband was concerned...I told him, it has to be a scam. Good to know it is!!!!

So AWFUL!!!

I got 6 calls yesterday on my landline house phone threatening with a law suit. All that was left on the answering machine. I knew it was a scam because the IRS contacts you in writing. This morning I called the number (San Antonio, Tx) the man that answered has a very heavy foreign accent. I told him after he asked for my number so that he could pull up the info. After he provide the correct info about my address and I said that it was correct. he asked for my attorney info because I was being sued. Then my tone changed and I asked to be removed from the calling list and that I was filling a complaint with the IRS.

I also received a call yesterday at 2:55 p.m. saying that I am being audited by the IRS...I knew better, but they are annoying!!! # 1-210-714 7770

Just called me. Incomplete message. Says that I am being sued. I call back and they don't answer or disconnects.

Scam number. Tells me that it is a call from IRS and they are about to sue me. Asking to call back immediately--Robo call

Recording says IRS is filing suit against me, tells me to call back but number is busy... Adding to the block list.

Called me today as well with the IRS Scam

Called twice today, first from 210-741-7771. I blocked that number and they called from 210-741-7770. A reverse lookup showed this was a cell phone. FYI - San Antonio IRS office phone number is 210-841-2090.

Same thing here , but I have called them back and when I tell them I want to speak to an American Agent they hang up. They've called 3 times in the last 2 days . There is a department of the IRS that you can report this to , I have and I suggest anyone else having this problem do the same.

Got a call from them today! Total scam. The IRS will NEVER make threats to you.

They called here twice today. First time I talked to them. I was so upset from it because I just had major surgery and it's hard to get around. Anyway they said they were filing a lawsuit that people been out for me to sign paperwork claiming that I had issues. When I called them out on a scam they threatened to sent sheriff out with a warrant. I told them go ahead because if sheriff isn't here to deliver a warrant than I know you are fake. That's when he got nasty with me and hung up.

Yes they call me too saying that the IRS has filed a law suit against me, I did not answer their calls they leave this on voicemail several times a day. Very annoying!!!!
