I have received this call MANY times from different phished phone numbers. This particular phished phone number is from a lady's landline in the San Antonio, TX area.
The robo call voice goes on to say they are "calling in regards of my student loan and that the loan can be adjusted down by 60%... blah, blah, blah". Helloooo, the US government does not call for this nor would they call in the name of a previous Administration. Nor has the US House or Senate passed any such law for this premise.
If this were a true call, there would be NO reason for me to even get this call as I have no outstanding student loan to adjust, period.
Once the spiel is given by a robo voice, often times a not very nice live person comes on the phone. His/Her criminal intent is to obtain your personal & financial information. Poof! Once they receive it, one's identity has then been stolen! Please don't fall prey to these people/criminals. It has nothing to do with Obama or his past Administration.
This call is a SCAM!!!
