We are on the National No-Call list, which because of our type of government, it does NO good. Please report these to the FCC as a Harassment charge. Since I block these numbers I have no way to determine who is on the other end.

These people have called late (between 9:00 and 9:30 pm) on several occasions. My husband blew his top and told them to leave us alone. They stopped for about ten days and started up again. Not only is this against the "rules" for telemarketing, it's terribly annoying. We have little ones who go to bed early. If the landline phone rings after 9:00 pm around here, it better be an emergency!

called me at 9:50pm on 9-28-10. i ask him if he knew what time it was and told him...he just said when would be a better time to call. i told him NOT to call this number again and to take me off their list. he said he couldn't do that but could give me a numbet to call. i told him...again..not to call this number and for him to call and tell them not to call. this is awful....this co calls all the time. how do you stop them. i don't want to take a survey.

I took the call. So here are some tips:

To keep it short, tell them you're married to Rupert Murdoch.

Also, they need to get through the survey as quickly as possible. So if you have the free time, see how long you can keep them on the phone. Ask them their opinion on things, ask them the same questions they're asking you, whatever...and then when they ask the last 2 questions: how many live in your household and how old are you, give them ridiculous answers. It invalidates the survey.

They will ask if you or anyone in your family works for a radio, newspaper, television, etc. If you want to keep it short and not have them call you again, the answer is "yes." They will ask which? I said all of them, I'm married to Rupert Murdoch. They were going to end the survey but I told them I was kidding so I could find out more.

I kept them on the phone for almost a half hour.

I'm on the no call list, these people called at 9:11 in the evening! I was very upset and just given a number to call, which was just a recording. I reported it to the BBB. Gees, where do they find these idiots!!!

They know more than your phone number and it is not random. They know your name, address and want to know your birthdate, or verify it. What else do they already know?
Questions leading to survey are manipulative to talk to who they have pre-chosen in your home. This eventually manipulates the data collected and skews results.
They will also send you a postcard pre-printed saying they are sorry if we upset you. Must have happened to them a lot to have a special card already made in anticipation.
Too much smoke from these calls and they are harassing.

This is NOT a very professional company even though their postcard said so.
Beware.... their motive is very questionable.
