SCAM. They called me twice today. I called back (knowing it was a scam) and a gentleman purporting to be IRS agent John Black picked up. He had a very thick accent. He asked for my name and I told him I was reporting it to the IRS.

they left me 2 voicemails today saying the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. sounds like SCAM to me too!

Called twice this morning and I answered both times. An automated message said the IRS had a lawsuit against me. When I called back all I got was the "busy" tone. Seems like a scam.
