This is the recording/phishing scam that asks "can you hear me OK?" hang up silently. If you say "yes" they have recorded your word and use it to authorize international calls and spend you into bankruptcy.

They are calling for a person named Cardona cadashia. I have contacted the people at this number to tell them they are dialing the wrong number. They refuse to quit calling my number, which borders on harassment.
