College Referalls Telemarketer

If a person calling doesn't want to be recognized, that person should not be calling anyone. I get too many phone calls and when I look at the caller ID it reads: 1-800, 1888, 1900, unknown caller, private caller, etc. I don't know who's calling, I don't answer or I hang up on them. This is too much. Whether is a bill collector, telemarketer, harrassment call or whatever, it's too much.
