Calls, leaves no message

Calls multiple times a day, leaves no message

No one answered me back when I answered the call after one ring. Caller ID showed Client Support, which when you're rushing to answer a phone at a quick glance it looks like it's a legitimate call from someone. Calling back NO ONE answers, however the prerecorded message says to PRESS 9 to be put on the "Do Not Call list"! HA! (Am on the govt one!) VERY Frustrating!! Ironically a call came in a few days back from "SLC Help Desk" (209) 674-7130 and it's the same deal as above. Call back SAME voice and SAME message about press 9 to be put on the "'Do Not Call List". SLC makes one think Salt Lake City however I know that area code (209) is a CA one. Only answered to see if I could glean any information about who's calling for when I reported them.

Call back, answer comes on and says press 9 to be put on the do not call list. Then hangs up on me.
