I spoke to that same lady today and she was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. Didn’t even want to give me any details and kept cutting me off until she hung up. Just awful

I got the same call from a lady named Diane Miller from Collins and Associates. She was so awful I eventually hung up the phone on her. She was rude, condescending and verbally abusive toward me. And I wasnt even the person she was looking for I am a receptionist and she called my office to speak with someone elses supervisor. She was so awful I tried to look it up so I could say something to her managers. Glad I read this.
