Seems to be a flurry of calls reported today 4/23 on this company. No messages left etc.

Reduction of credit card interest rates. They claim to represend major credit card companies (they name Visas, Mastercard, etc) but they don't - they are an independent loan company. They also imply that they are from a company that you owe money to and are already doing business with.
