didnt listen to entire message. Now getting 3 to 5 marketing calls on my cell phone per day, that I have to pay for. SUCKS.....What happend to the $11,000 fine per call the Consumer was to get??????

They called me and said they were doing a study from Columbia University about how New Yorkers are doing in the recession. They said they would give $15 to participate. I told them they called me about this last week and I declined and that I want to be taken off the list. After the first call, I looked into the number and it seems like a scam. She asked why and I told her that I don't give out personal information. She offered to give information that shows they're valid. I said, I'd rather just opt out. That was the end of it for now but I suspect they will keep calling and try to get even more personal information from me so that they can possibly steal identity.

I received a call from 2124485501, it was a young woman who identified herself as being from NY Dept of Health and wanted to ask me questions about my health. Most questions were standard; How is my current health, whan I saw a doctor last, if I had ever been told I had High BP, High Colesterol, Depression, Anxiety, Asthma, What kind of insurance I have, my employment, education, did I use prescription pain Killers, do I inject drugs. At the end she really wanted me to give her my info to accept a $10.00 payout for particpating or be put into a pool for a $100.00 draw but I said no so I wouldn't have to give them any more personal info.and she also wanted my e-mail but I said no.

PUSHY "2 question survey' about psoarasis. Does not listen to your request to decline nor "Do not call" list or remove from the list. Block the number is you can or do not answer at all. Do not give them your time because they certainly do not respect yours.
