Told me my computer is infected with malware and they could fix it over the phone. They wanted me to give them access to my computer. When I asked who he was and who he was connected with, he said Microsoft. He said I had a Microsoft machine (which I don't). I told him I want his identification and will report him.

Call was from a man with a very thick accent (possibly Indian). I asked him to take us off his call list and he asked "why", so I told him that in this country there was a law requiring him to take us off his list if we requested it. He said that he wasn't trying to sell us anything, that it was a free service, and that he had spotted a vulnerability in our computer and was on our computer right now. I then told him that since I had his telephone number, he could expect a call from the police, since hacking into other people's computers was also illegal in this country. This phone number appears to be associated with Trask Industries, at 488 Madison Avenue, NY NY.
