They are the Microsoft Scam Scum. They tell you that your computer is sending errors. That's as far as they got with me and I told them " DO NOT Call Me Again".
The following information is what I came up with on who's been calling me and trying to scam me for personnel information.

During the first call, about a week ago in the afternoon on a weekday, the caller said only my last name (not even hello) and when I asked who was calling and why, they hung up. Since then they call multiple times a day. If I answer, they hang up. If I don't, they wait just long enough for voicemail to kick in and then hang up. More annoying than a gnat.
They are a group of people with a foreign accent using a fake name and phone number to hide behind. They claim to be technicians for Window PC. There objective is to remotely access your computer to collect any personal information on you and if they can collect Credit Card numbers and security codes to access your money. They do this like its a business and don't care who they scam to make money. They use a voIP Communication Service to make there calls. They have been calling me for over a year now and each time they call me they use a different number because I block there calling each time the call me. I hope one day someone will catch them. I truly hope this information helps to catch those involved in scamming others.
Calls 2-3 times a day.
