The consumer received several “spoofed” calls from the phone number belonging to the Pennsylvania Hotel out of New York City; 212-730-5000. The consumer called the number back to advise the company she didn’t want the calls and an employee of the hotel advised the consumer that the company’s number had been hacked. A recording came on for “Senior Life Alert”.
