I had a voicemail message from this number, it was a recording, the part I could listen was a woman's voice telling me this was my final notice to lower my credit card interest rates, did not specify what cards, etc. It's a scam!
I did not recognize the number so I let it go to my voicemail. It was a recording, saying it was my last chance to lower my interest rates.
