Merlin set up an account for my company to post a job that doesn't exist, in an area we don't staff for. Then I get an email from Merlin saying "we're sorry, Merlin is only available in New York City". and now I have all these people who applied to a job that doesn't exist. Calls 3x per day, a different person every time, rarely leaves a voicemail. Finally I talked to them and told them we're not interested in working with them because of the negative experience we had and I was told I would be put on the do not call list. Was told that their system isn't working and it's just generating leads. Received a call the next 2 days. Clearly they don't listen to their potential customers or know anything about them.
