This number has called several times, every time I answer there is dead air, I called back the number and get Moviefone. A few weeks ago I receioved a call from a man with a thick Indian accent telling he was calling from Windows as my computer was sending out messages and he was calling to fix the problem. I was sceptical and asked for a number to call back and was given 1-206-317-1742 and was told to as for Kevin Lawson. When I called the number it was not in service. A week or so later I received another call form the same man and this time I told him I investigated and found that Windows not call cusotmers and hung up. Now I have been getting these dead air calls from this number. I want them to stop!!

Just got the same line from a woman with a thick Indian Accent... Same m.o. and when I started asking her questions to identify herself the phone went dead.

I just started receiving calls from this number. Nobody is on the other end when I picked-up. So far I've calculated 4 calls in the past 6 hours. Not good. How do I get rid of them?

Female with foriegn accent wanted to give me a "free computer check-up". I'm POSITIVE the computer check-up would have been getting all of my private info OUT OF MY COMPUTER! I said an immediate "NO" and hung up.

They called back again and I did not answer. I called the number and was put on a voice message of a movie schedule wanting me to select a movie!

Note to this caller: Not all Americans are stupid!!!

I received more than 20 calls from these people in the past 24 hours. They called after 10:30PM last night and started very early this morning. I am on the Do Not Call Registry. They are calling my cell which means I am paying for these calls. I want it to stop so I have contacted my cell phone provider.

Got several calls today! ignored them...no messages. finally got ticked and called back...got a recording about Moviefone Club...must be a scam...i hung up and texted them to remove me from calling list. then i blocked them on my cell.

Received a call from this number yesterday and person calling wanted to do a survey about smoke detectors, etc. My phone service, Cox Communications has selective call rejection which will allow me to block any further calls from this number or any other numbers I choose.

They called 3x's and the 2nd time he told me his name was Tom, worked with US Financial Resource and needed my CC# so he could give me a $1000 college grant. It showed me the # and I called it back. At first it's a movie line and then it's an international call that won't go through. I did report it to the FCC. I think I'm going to play with them a little bit...bad part is I'll probably make up a real CC# accidentally and screw them over.
