Wanted access to our computer info. Claimed to be representing computer service for microsoft. Had foreign/India accent
phone number was spoofed
Identified as calling about Microsoft XP, Vista, Win 7, and Win 8. Claimed to be customer support from Microsoft and that there was a reported problem with my computer. They had my name, and address, probably from an area phone lookup, and that my computer had reported a problem. I was called 3 times in a 4 hour period and by 3 different callers. They admitted calling from India, and were Microsoft help desk.
Caller: Claimed to be Microsoft support.

Assistance from Microsoft contractor for our computer. Such service has not been solicited from us, nor have we has any computer problems.
