Rec'd call about one minute after receiving call from 360-776-3479, which I have also reported. Call disconnected by the time I answered, and no message was left. CID showed phone # and "FTI Consulting," On searching this number, found it belonged to Raoul Bhavnani, Senior Managing Director of Strategic Communications, a branch of FTI Consulting.
