The caller id comes up as Columbia University. This is a marketing scam. It's an automated message saying they are calling about my credit card. I don't have a credit card so it's B.S. If you try calling the number back it's always busy. What a scam.

Ever since I did an auto insurance quote through esurance.com my UNLISTED phone number has been sold over and over again. I get daily calls for solar panels, etc. Shame on esurance for letting this crap happen.
