They said that my credit card was about to receive a rate increase and I needed to stay on the line to make sure this didn't happen. The number being called is my 10 year old daughter. I waited and then transferred to a live person. When I explained they had the wrong number and this was a 10yr old's phone, they have ended the phone call every time.
