Received message with a 888#. Called and spoke to Dan Walker @ Pittman Law Group, he says that if i do not pay the 11k I owe to Kay Jewelers (from 7 years ago and it is actually closer to 6k) that is will be a class c felony theft. He said that it will go to 16k with court fees and attorney costs and that i have 2 hours to decide before court paperwork is filed.

I've gotten several calls from this Dan Walker and says I owe $4,000 on a MasterCard and if I don't pay I'll have a warrant out for my arrest?! I've never had a master card! Is this dude a FKN scam/fraud?!

How do you know its not a scam I'm worried about uit

Dan Walker from Sherman Law Firm said that 2 letters were sent at 2 different addresses. Says you owe over $1800 at a bank. You need to get this taken care of or a bench warrant for your arrest will be served. If you do not proceed with paying them right away. The amount could increase to $6000. Also stated this case reference dates back to 2011.He really has some big balls and the nerve. He needs to get a real job. Or grow up. Sounds like he's 40ish to 50ish. I'm a pray for you.

Daniel Walker from Sherman Law Firm threatens to have you served by a deputy trys to state a debt is a felony and that you'll have no chance to discuss. Won't disclose address or mail a physical letter. Gets mad when you bring up fraud and scam or federal law
