one day sam was called me from windows care .he was told me that my computer operating system is infected .my computer have some virus & after that i was worried . he told me he can fix my computer but i have to pay 300$ . but at-last i have payed 300$ to sam . but after one months when my daughter come back she told it was scam.date was 4/5/2012, I knew at once this might be fraud but led SAM (heavy indian accent) to think I was falling for it. this guys english was so strong. first time i was thought he can be from country side. but finally i was wrong .

These scammers called my senior citizen father in the (716) area code and tried to scare him into beleiving he had computer application errors and/or viruses that could destroy his computer and that if he paid them $80 they would fix it for him. They used the name Rick Edwards from Windows Care and gave the phone # 213 221-3528. My father called me all upset and worried. I called the number and after a few intelligent questions you could determine they were phishers running a scam and are in no way affilated with a legitimate company. Accent of individual sounded either carribean or african. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

A poor guy named himself Joshua James, barely knows how to pronounce his name, said that this company is providing support to over 42 countries. My goodness, they are doing bull-shit on the phone!!!!! What a Heck? Poor Pig.

Scam to me also. They took away payment in disguise and I couldn't realize then.
One important thing for all, that if payment already processed with them, then you can

CANCEL TRANSACTION BY CALLING CARD COMPANY / BANK at any point of time.

I did so and got the entire money back. My card company just reversed the payment immediately.

This company is originally Octane Info Solution Pvt Ltd.

These guys are running this SCAM everyday and night stealing money. Nowadays they are using Western Union also to snatch money out of the customers card and also, they sell the customers personal information like Name, Date of Birth, last 4 digits of SSN, Credit Card Informations etc.

I have been receiving calls for months now = they tell me my Email server is sending all kind of Emails to their Email and wanted me to go to some page so that they could take over my computer & correct the problem!!!!!! I told him I was on another line & I would have to call him back. He gave me the #.DDDAAAA I may be slow BUT I'm not that slow. He got very up set when i told him to "kiss my ASS"~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Just received a call supposedly from Windows and the Reps name was Derek from California and said my computer had a virus, wanted me to go start, left click on manage, to computer management etc. , Got very upset and Irrate with me when I started asking questions, said I would not get help if I called back in the future. I said I would take down the info and have my husband review when he got home. Derek did not like that answer. I told him there was no reason to get huffy and irrate etc. I finally hung up! Glad I did not
do it.

Claimed to be from Microsoft. Called me at 10pm at night!! I'm in NY. Can't believe they called so far. Scary. Dont fall for it!!

A man that claimed to be from "Microsoft Support" called me saying that my computer had been sending out virus's and that I should immediately get to a computer and go to his website www.thewindowscare.com and connect to his support... I automatically knew this was a scam and reported it

These guys called said they were from microsoft windows, got his #213-221-3528, told him hold on for like 10 min while my computer booted up (lol) looked up his # seen it was a scam. told him take me off the call list and he said "what the F#%$" and hung up on me. lol
These guys are getting more stupid daily. but I guess they catch someone every once and awhile. Hey government, get your stuff together and stop these Idiots

Same here on 4/9/2012, I knew at once this might be fraud but led SAM (heavy indian accent) to think I was falling for it. In this I learded of another site they were trying to send me to. I also was directed to a website wwwsupportme as well as wwwthewindowscarecom. Dont fall for either of these.

My parents called me up and told me they called them. The scammers will direct you to their website and ask you to install their application. My parents wised up at that moment and refused to click "run", then called me to tell me about it. They mentioned the thick accents of the people calling (there were at least 2 people there).

My parents live in the 760 area code.

I received a call from 213-221-3528 and was told that my computer was infected. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Another individual got on line--very limited English--and when I told him I was going to report him for fraud, he hung up.
