received a call from above number stating someone is trying to use my ss# & bank info. Then tell me to call back at 866 399-5855. REALLY???? I call back, the lady tell me to hold on then disconnects the call. VIOLATION & YOU FIGURED IT OUT!!!!!!!!!! You will NOT harrass me & get away with it!

JAN/2012 Message left on my phone from "Mark Daniels" claiming to be calling from "International Arbitration" about a case (with some sort of fake case number) about two pending fraud allegations against me and that either I or my l representative legal council needed to call to give him some information and provide a statement as soon as possible... and he closed the call by wishing me good luck. The number on my caller ID did not match the number he left to call back. The FBI has this listed as a scam DEC/2010. And I did an internet search for International Arbitration and I could not find any legitimate information about it. Beware folks!

I also received a call from a man identifying himself as Adam and referred me to this phone number. He claimed that it was related to "bad checks" and a lawsuit - HOWEVER - I haven't written any checks in over 10 years. Therefore, this is a scam as stated above.
