They are saying in prerecorded message that it is global marketing company. But I did not listen any more because this phone number was used for other scam call of Regional Arbitrator Services which I reported to FCC on 11/21/2012. I blocked this phone number one month ago so that I did not receive it until recently, but they keep calling me again.

I have done some research on RAS and found out that they are an unlawful collection agency that uses threats to intimidate debters. They are located in Canada, and have no viable connection with law enforcement. The voicemails they leave are genetic and have a recording of a guy named Thomas Whittiger. If you do call them back, just talk to them long enough to find out what you owe, and to whom. Then call the original lender and request them to find out which company your debt was sold to. RAS is a scam, do not give them any money.

they called my cell number they knew my social security number to a t. they knew all my info they told me cops were coming to my house sherifs were coming to my house papers were filed. so i tried to call them back today 6 times. mailbox is full sorry error has occurd.what should i do should i pay or not?

These guys are the worst. They give a generic automated message telling you to call them back for arbitration on a case. It doesn't tell you what for, so you have to call to find out.
