The call I received was from a blocked number. The caller left a voice mail stating that his name was Tim Collins calling regarding information forwarded for Los Angeles County. He stated that "we" are being asked to serve final paperwork for the close out of this matter and its very important that yourself or your attorney contact the filling party regarding document number blah blah blah. At this time if we do not receive a stop order from the filing party, we will be asked to issue someone out to your residence, as well as your place of business. Then he advised me to call 213-261-0582. Do not fall for these scams! What horrible people!

They leave a message saying you have an urgent office matter. They are a collection agency.

They leave messages saying that they are calling because they have taken over your account from "your local agency" and that you need to call them back asap to setup payments
