relentlessly calls every at least twice a day, I don't pick up because it says"unavailable"

Cell phone company (Sprint) wanted to charge me $.25 to forward a text I supposedly sent to this number. I DID NOT initiate this text, so I refused to pay to forward it. Suspect that this number (213-266-7332) robo-called a couple of million cell phones with the same message, and if everybody simply didn't understand and authorized the .25 cent charge, they'd make a half-million bucks in the scam!
Just keeps calling and calling. No message, no answer. Block this number

Yes. They hung up and when I called back it said survey has end. I'm not sure if it had to do with me posting a resume on Monster and Indeed because ever since I'm getting random calls.
I can attest to this. I also submitted replies to Indeed posts. Only a blank voicemail was left. Called both my personal phone and home phone.
They just keep calling and hanging up
