a woman left a message about owing on a Federal Student Loan. I don't have a Student Loan as it was discharged years ago. Whether Betsy Devos is being stupid or just plain evil makes no difference as it amounts to the same: this is a scam (typical of the Trump Administration of crooks and liars).
