Larry confirmed he had all of my information. Threaten that there was a wage garnishment court order and HE was trying to help. I asked why I had not received anything from this particularly bank via mail. He said it was in snail mail I asked for time to further investigate the issue and I would call him back. Two days later he called me back for a "settlement payment" and I told him my account was closed 7 years ago, your a fraud and a thief. He sarcastically proceded to dictate my full name , address and social to me .... And I said, "see you in your fake court." He quickly hung up on me.
