I told them this was not the way IRS notified people that they were being sued... It would be always done by paper notification first with numbers to call back. Secondly, told them their California office was out of their jurisdiction since I am in Texas... Thirdly, it was a call center cause I could hear lots of Indian people speaking in background. He said their other call in-lines were busy but he didn't know what their 800 numbers were or office addresses. total Fraud,. Told Person, i was going to report their number to IRS and FBI to have them shut down, he said that if I ignored their calls then I would get arrested, I asked for what, My taxes are up to date...just keep asking for my name so he could get my file,. He didn't even know to ask for file number or SSN.. .
Said they are IRS but didn't have proper ID # then hung up on me when I said I was going to contact local irs .
