This person Janet Daniels keeps calling and asking for me at my elderly mother's home. I will; file a lawsuit if this does not stop. I get a recording that there are papers that need to be served at my home of work. This is illegal.

A man called today and stated that someone in our house had downloaded a "malicious file." When we refused to give information, he hung up. How is this not against the law? Reverse look-up says WORLDCOM COMMUNICATIONS, INC., CA.
