My mother received a call from John Robinson stating "my case file was on her desk". They never gave a company name, which any legitimate company will do when asked. My parents were almost in a panic thinking I was being sued. The bad thing about it is, I have not lived at home for almost 13 years. I know people are out there scamming so I am very careful about where I give my information out. I am reporting them to the FTC.
