Changing credit card interest rate. These calls have been interrupting my work at home for months now. There seems no way to stop them. I get them on the cell now too. Please advise.

Caller ID will also show number 1-202-599-8470 for this scammer. When either number is called back, call is connected to the recorded message: You were called to participate in a survey, and now the survey time has expired. If you would not like to participate in other survey's, press two now or otherwise simply hang up the line. When you press the number two, the recording message plays again.

primarily credit related, e.g. my last notice regarding lowering my credit....I have excellent credit! If I didn't have excellent credit, I sure wouldn't go to a shady entity for help. This entity was never authorized by or requested to contact or assist me in any way.
