This guy called me and said that I was randomly picked by the government to get 8.500$. To give them my information. When I told him to take me out of his list he started cursing and calling me idiot

Block the number immediately. I accidentally asked thinking it was a company I was working with in California. After snaking my way through their lies and playing along a little, the accented guy told me that their company name is "K.N.O." and when I asked them to spell out what that stands for, he started saying "k.u." then stopped, saying he cannot give me that information. When I asked them to take me off their list, he said he can't, he will get fired. When I asked for a supervisor.. some shuffling and someone quickly came on the phone trying to sell me again. He said they will need all transactions to occur with an account based out of Washington, DC- part of the "Federal Government". This guy could not tell me what country's "federal government" or who he reports to- so that I can get more information. He said "I am the boss", and I asked him to take me off the list, which he "could not do". I told him that was illegal and to not respect my privacy is considered harassment in this country. He laughed and asked me for a kiss. Block the number immediately. Hope this helps someone.
