I receive a call from this number a few times a week. If I don't answer, there's no message (no complaints from me there), and sometimes there is no response if I do answer. The CID says "GLOBALREACH INT" but the caller identifies himself (or herself) as being with the National Small Business Alliance and informs me that my "loan has been approved" in varying amounts from $3000 to $8000. I generally just hang up at that point. About half the time they will call back right away. The most recent time, I cranked up the radio and held the phone right up to the speaker. Serves 'em right. :)
