Blowing my phone up. 100 to around 175 calls in last few days. It's causing me to have to unplug my phones.

It's someone from a jail using a calling card. It is not a collect call.

when I actually answered it, since it was blowing up my phone, it was Ross Correctional Facility. it gave me the option to permanently block all calls from them, which I did. They called my number all day before I could find out what/who was calling.

Incoming call from correctional facility. This is a business that does not receive this type of call. Have asked repeatedly to have all of this type of calls blocked by phone company. Unfortunately, calling cards are a work around. There must be some way to block all incoming calls from correctional facilities.
