received call about 5 minutes ago. I didn't respond when she explained she was told to call back in January. I really do want one of those air raid sirens.
When I called the number (3 times) they said this number was not in service.
If they are using a telephone number and blocking their number from the people they call can't they be reported to any agency that may monitor telephone communications?

Some woman saying something about she called in January and said I said to call back later about having some work done. (Which is BS) I couldn’t understand her very well because she was working in a noisy background environment (boiler room?) and she had an accent. After a bunch of “whats?” and “huhs? ... she asked “what kind of work are you planning on doing to your house?” Then I told her I was on the do not call list and I didn’t want them to call me anymore. Of course, she just hung up.

Received call around noon on 1/21/12.
Caller identified himself as being from Inglewood Construction Company. He then said Goodbye.

Home Improvement company of some sort. They call every month. We have asked them to stop calling and point out we are on the National Do Not Call LIst. They keep calling. When call back this number it says no longer in service. They are somehow hiding behind this number.
