This random number just called into my dad's cellphone along with sequential dialing into every other 860-992 number. As my father answered it, it's actually a voice recorded message about "Medical Health Insurance" for open Enrollment. There's just NO way that the real "Medical Health Insurance" would ever make unknown random calls like this to demand open enrollment, because it can ONLY work by a contract through the mail FIRST!
