Windows Tech. Div. Support services to check "error" messages

Caller claims to be receiving notice over the internet of a problem with my Windows computer. He wants me to give him access to my computer in order to repair the problem. I have received numerous calls from what appears to be the same outfit for this problem. This is the first time I have been able to get a return phone number and contact. This is an obvious attempt to steal information from a computer. I DO NOT have a Windows based computer and I have told them that I am unable to reach my computer and will have to call them back. This could be a major problem for anyone who falls for this scam.
