Same. Got 2 calls from this number. They left voicemails saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. Scammers!
i was called 6:30AM 9/24/16 morning, left VM to call back, I called back, the guy asked my name to check my case #, I hung up

Same, 2 calls today stating same thing. THE IRS WILL NOT CALL YOU! they will mail you any correspondence if there is anything they need
Received a automated message from this number saying that the was a final notice that the IRS was taking legal action against me. This was at 9:56 am on 9/23/16.
