I have received the same call today from this office of Julie Smith from the internal Revenue Service. It said do not disregard this message and do return the call before we take legal action you. I've have called the number back and recording came on.

I will be calling the IRS tomorrow morning on this one. Dam scam!!!!!!

We received the same message listed by "Anonymous" on 02/13/2015. We received this call, which is a recorded message, on 02/18/2015 at 7:30 AM, which is another red flag that the call isn't legitimate. IRS wouldn't call before 8:00 AM and more than likely not before 9:00 AM.

The call shows up as a Los Angeles CA number on my phone. I received a call today at my office from this number stating above -- She was Julie Smith Officer from the Internal Revenue Service and that I was not to disregard her phone call. I returned the call and it went to voice mail with no message -- I did not leave a message

The call was the same as it said on the comm above irs julie smith blablabla irs dose not work that way stop this scam

Same as above. Threats that she is an IRS representative (officer) and that action will be filed against me. She is obviously a crook. The IRS does not operate in this manner.
