Person text me wanting some remodeling done in a house that they just bought in Temple Texas. Wanted my fax number so that he could send a form for me to sign and my address so the previous owner could send me the key to enter the property. On top of all this he claimed to be John Johnson and was getting ready to have surgery and was hearing impaired and could only communicate via text. Please BE AWARE!!!!
