I am getting calls to my Mom and my work as well as my cell phone from a John Stewart as well claiming there is a judgement against me and that I need to call him back before they proceed in filing charges in my county. He called from 336-663-0302 and I have also gotten calls on my cell from 269-775-0072. In the past I have had them tell me that I would be served at work and they would need to have HR involved..etc. I keep filing complaints with the BBB and the Attorney generals office as well. Don't call them back, that only tells them that they have a good number and the harassment will only get worse. No one will call you before they sue you...its a SCAM.

My mom received a call from Linda Mitchel trying to get a hold of me. When she asked what it was regarding she was told if I didn't call her @ (213)995-6225 within 2 hours I was going to jail for check fraud. I called them back to inform them to remove my mom"s number from their list and submit proper paperwork to me if this was real. But before I could finish talking he hung up. Then they called my dad. I called again and as soon as I let them know who I was they informed me Linda wasn't available, but they would keep calling my family until I paid my debt and hung up. GARBAGE!!!!! SCAM!!!!

at 7-21-2015, 10:37 a.m., i answered my land line, which i hardly ever do. this guy gave my last name and last four digits of my SS, saying there are allegations of a debt that is owed. like a fool, i agreed to the I.D. of me given, but i ended up saying that i had claimed BK and to send me a letter. than i hung up. after reading all the other comments, it put me at ease. SCAM. my thought process in all of this is, why call me now, after three years of no debt, why now?

Thanks for the input. I know I got the same bull shit. They I had an outstanding payday loan dated back 2009. and they are now contacting me. Would not give me any information about it. I also told them to send me documentation and I will look and research my paper work well she got pist and said she didn't have any . They also said they send me notices to my P.O. box back in 2009 and I go almost every other day to check there was not notices. Anyway to get a buck.

its a scam...same old story when you research them. dude said his name John Stewart like the Daily Show guy and claimed my wife took out a pay day loan and had 24 hours to pay the loan,attorney fees, and intrest or she would go to jail in two days. she was trippin out and crying. i knew it was a scam and researched them..same story over and over just different names some different numbers. we dont do those rip off pay day loans..we know better and please be aware of shit bags like these. CRS capital Risk Services (209)264-2621 call came from left the call back number (213)995-6225 hope he calls back today...Ill fuck with him.
