I called number back and it said press 2 to be removed from our list but it just went silent which to me sounds like it did absolutely nothing. I am reporting them to the FTC which is about the only way to stop them. They are probably using a burner phone, which can only be traced if the FTC goes to whoever owns that line by finding out who paid for it, which could be complicated and costly, and even they still might not do anything unless enough complaints come forward.
