Threatening phone call taking action if I don't call him immediately.

Claims to be from the IRS, that I am under federal investigation and that if I ignore it is a federal offense.
The IRS will NEVER call you.

These guys are very convincing and scared the heck out of me. I fell victim to this scam as any IRS situation can be intimidating. Do not fall into this scam, you will not be arrested or have a warrant for your arrest. Total scam. It's in the IRS web site. Please report to the IRS if you get this call.
