Caller is calling my home several times a day starting at 8 am in the morning, this is not the only number they use.

They called looking for my mother who passed away last year, hung up when asked who they were. I thought it was automated, as the female kept asking for her just by her first name, sounded like a computer generated voice.

This was a female caller who actually sounded like a recording--i told her so. she said she uses a computer to aid in calliing--so i told her she's some crook in India and hung up. I get a lot of bogus calls from this number claiming to represent a wide range of charities. Do not talk to anyone soliciting information or money on the telephone--ever!

Has called my number 47 days in a row except Christmas day. Sometimes several calls a day. I blocked it on day one. I have records of day & time. Can I prosecute them?

Caller ID "UNAVAILABLE", They hung up when the answering machine directed them to leave a message. This number is well documented on the Net as multiple scams.
