I received a phone call from a Jazmine Banks from National Courier Services from phone number 214-329-0243, since I did not recognize the number, I let it go to voicemail. She left a message saying that she had sealed documents that were going to be served to me on August 201th 2015 at my place of residence or my place of employment. I called her back, she answered, "hello how may I help you?" She never said what company she was from until I asked her. I asked her what this was all about she said she couldn't tell me but she transferred me to a guy by the name of Anthony Rodriguez. He claims that he had court papers to serve me about a loan from CashNet Usa that was taken out in July 2011 in the amount of $400 and it was supposed to withdrawn from my bank account but at the time he claims that I had insufficient funds so it didn't go through. So it was left as an unpaid loan. Now they are charging me $800. First of all, Yes I did take out a couple of loans from the REAL CASHNET USA and I always paid them off, sometimes even earlier to avoid the interest fees. I NEVER took out a loan in 2011! He said it was my choice to be served and take it to court or if I wanted to I can handle it voluntarily and pay the money back. The thing that really got me was that he knew all my information. Even my social. He claimed to be "helping me out" by giving me information on how to get a lawyer. He said that he would call me in 24 hours to make a choice on weather to be served or handling it voluntarily. He gave me his number to call him back by 2pm tomorrow, August 19th at this number 214-307-6945. He said the main number was 844-414-4868. This is such a scam!

Still calling after I told them they are calling the wrong #. Looking for some guy that's not me and I've been clear on that. Do I need to get an attorney? Are these ppl stupid? They have called over 15 times now and it's in my phone log and have left over five messages. Had people hear me tell them they have the wrong number and that I'm not kenneth the guy they are looking for. Idiot people. Today I had my husband call them back to let them know again that this is not who you're looking for, they said sorry and they'll take the number off the list. So, let's see that won't really happen and I guess I'll get an attorney, but if I have to I'm suing.

These ppl have called me from five or more numbers, I have asked them not to call again but they continue to, my mom heard me go off on the guy how I told them not to call and the guy told me I never said anything like that. My husband had listened to me tell them a couple times. The guy wouldn't tell me who they are even looking for. I'm being purely harassed at this point. Thinking about taking these guys down now.
